A New Venture!

If you haven't been here in awhile, then I have news for you!
I'm starting a photograpy/collage design business. Below you will find a number of my collages and invitations to show clients. I plan to have my website up soon with a much more polished display!
Right now, I'm offering family portraits and children's portraits and I'm really hoping to start more collaging - Christmas cards, invitations, announcements and such - either with client's pictures that they email to me, or with portraits I take for them.
I feel very lucky to be able to venture into this since it's one of my favorite things to do! I will keep you posted with any new developments - and hopefully a new website soon!

Thanks for posting on my blog! Yeah, I feel a little like I'm stumbling around in the dark, this being my first little sprout. I guess I'm not sure EXACTLY what to expect from my healthcare providers....but I know that I don't like to be treated as if I don't matter. Maybe I'm just spoiled because my midwife returns my calls right away and calls to check up on me.

I haven't checked into it, but I *think* that Certified Nurse Midwives can prescribe meds. They are nurses before they get licensed to be midwives, so I've heard they tend to be a little more medically and intervention minded. Also, I think that most of them practice only in hospital settings and do not do homebirths. There's nothing wrong with that, for sure....just depends on what you feel more comfortable with.

Sorry for writing a book! I love your photos and collages, by the way. It is so exciting that you are getting to pursue something that you are clearly gifted at and are passionate about!
