Hey Alyssa,
I use PhotoSuite by Roxio. I find it very easy to use. You could do the same with Photoshop but I need to take a course to really learn to use it properly. Photosuite is a really easy peasy program. I just use the collage feature.

Those daisies are so pretty, you should get Keith to make a blog header out of them. They go well with the background color.
